Nathan Albrecht
Lead Pastor
Nathan champions the overall vision & leadership of LakePoint. As the primary communicator, Nathan is dedicated to revealing the truths of scripture in practical & relevant ways to help people take the next step in their faith journey. When not in the office, you'll probably find Nathan with his family or reading about the latest hockey news.
Ethan Stein
Assistant Pastor
Ethan oversees operations and production here at LakePoint, helping make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and our Sunday Gatherings come together with excellence. He loves creating environments where people can connect with Jesus without distraction. Ethan enjoys working with his hands and spending as much time outdoors hunting and fishing as he can!
Lindsay Kivell
Assistant Pastor
Lindsay gives direction to our Dream Team on Sundays, our Life Groups throughout the week, and our Loving Leamington endeavours year-round. Lindsay is passionate about connecting people to their gifting and calling. Lindsay loves coffee, thrift stores, travelling, and any time spent with family and friends!
Miranda Pouget
Kids Pastor
Miranda gives vision and leadership to our Kids Ministry here at LakePoint, creating spaces where kids can grow in their faith and discover what it means to follow Jesus. She loves partnering with families and helping kids know they belong and are deeply loved by God. When she’s not at church, you’ll find Miranda practicing music or spending time with family and friends.
Graham Kivell
Worship Community Pastor
While Graham spends much of his week running his own tech company, some of his greatest joy comes from serving the local church. He is passionate about people; helping them discover their purpose, grow in their faith, and become leaders who invest in others. As Worship Community Pastor, Graham loves building teams that lead together and create space for people to worship and encounter Jesus.
Zach Scherbinsky
Youth Pastor
Zach gives spiritual direction, vision, and leadership to LakePoint’s youth and junior high ministries. He loves to engage with students relationally and help them grow in their relationship with Jesus and step into their calling. Zach loves being active, playing video games, and nerding-out on theology!
Rachel Albrecht
Care Director
Rachel is our Care Pastor. She loves encouraging and offering support to people of all ages and enjoys spending monthly mornings with our LakePoint Kids. She is married to Pastor Nathan, and together they have two teenagers. Some of her favourite things include family vacations, reading and eating chocolate chips straight out of the bag.
Erin Gagne
Director of Global Initiatives
Erin serves in many capacities from directing our global initiatives, to managing our Connection Ministries teams, and so much more. Erin & her husband Ben have a heart for global work and have spent extended time serving in South East Asia. When not working, you will often find Erin outdoors!
Lisa Cocks
Pastoarl Assistant
Lisa serves as the manager of our cafe & band. Lisa raised her 4 kids attending LakePoint and loves the impact it's made on her family & her community. Not only is Lisa a talented vocalist, in her free time you'll often find her baking delicious cookies to share with everyone!
Debbie Wiper
Office Administrator
Debbie loves seeing new people get assimilated into LakePoint's family. As office administrator, she helps keep things organized and running smoothly. When she's not hard at work, Debbie likes nothing better than attending concerts with her kids.
