Nathan Albrecht
Lead Pastor
​Nathan champions the overall vision & leadership of LakePoint. As the primary communicator, Nathan is dedicated to revealing the truths of scripture in practical & relevant ways to help people take the next step in their faith journey. When not in the office, you'll probably find Nathan with his family or reading about the latest hockey news.
Michael Bessette
Director of Communications & Growth Groups
Michael gives direction to our Growth Groups, Communications & Digital Church. He is passionate about challenging himself & the people he serves toward what could be & should be true of us as Christians. Michael’s love for the San Jose Sharks hockey team is only surpassed by his love for God and his family!
Drew Mercer
Director of Operations & Weekend Experiences
Drew gives direction to LakePoint's music & production teams. Drew is energized by leading people into meaningful worship times & bringing creativity and excellence to our Sunday morning gatherings. When Drew is not grooming his beard, you'll find him on the golf course or ice rink.
Lindsay Kivell
Director of Next Steps
Lindsay gives direction to our Dream Team on Sundays, our Life Groups throughout the week, and our Loving Leamington endeavours year-round. Lindsay is passionate about connecting people to their gifting and calling. Lindsay loves coffee, thrift stores, travelling, and any time spent with family and friends!
Ethan Stein
Youth Director
Ethan gives vision & leadership to the youth ministry here at LakePoint. He is passionate about motivating the students he serves to never settle for the ordinary when God is capable of doing the extraordinary through our lives. Ethan loves working with his hands & being outdoors hunting & fishing as often as he can!
Rachel Albrecht
Kids Director
Rachel is the wife of Pastor Nathan. She oversees our LakePoint Kids ministry and loves partnering with parents by providing their kids with a team of caring adult mentors. Rachel grew up attending LakePoint with her family and is thrilled that she gets to raise her family here as well.
Erin Gagne
Care & Connections
Manager
Erin serves in many capacities from directing our global initiatives, to managing our Connection Ministries teams, and so much more. Erin & her husband Ben have a heart for global work and have spent extended time serving in South East Asia. When not working, you will often find Erin outdoors!
Lisa Cocks
Pastoral Assistant
Lisa serves as the manager of our cafe & band. Lisa raised her 4 kids attending LakePoint and loves the impact it's made on her family & her community. Not only is Lisa a talented vocalist, in her free time you'll often find her baking delicious cookies to share with everyone!
Debbie Wiper
Office Administrator
Debbie loves seeing new people get assimilated into LakePoint's family. As office administrator, she helps keep things organized and running smoothly. When she's not hard at work, Debbie likes nothing better than attending concerts with her kids.
Miranda Pouget
Pastoral Assistant
Miranda is passionate about all things LakePoint. She often works behind the scenes assisting Pastor Ethan and Rachel with the youth and LPK programming. Miranda loves to see young people thrive and grow in their faith, and aims to provide a welcoming environment for all. When not at church you'll find her practicing music or spending time with family and friends.
